Note: 2012 events will commence with Dummy Roping at 3pm sharp with other events to follow. Nominations open at 2:30pm. Closing time for nominations is as follows:
- Dummy Roping nominations close at 2:55pm sharp.
- Barrel Racing and Pole Bending nominations close at 3:30pm sharp. No latecomers.
