- Official Rule Book - This rule book is current as of 12th February 2012. As TEDR is constantly evolving, as does our rule book which is constantly under review. Any revisements will be listed here.
TEDR Constitution - The Association Consitution are the rules that guide our club and ensure everything oeprates in the best interest of our members. We recoommend that all members read and understand this document.
- Robbie Robbins Site Map - This map shows where all facilities at Robbie Robbins Reserve are located. Please be familiar with this document and know where parking, warm up and horse free areas are.
Membership and Nomination Forms
To join TEDR, or ride at an event there are a few forms that need to be filled out. You can find them listed here! Feel free to download the relevant forms and bring them along to the next TEDR meet to join the fun! There are always copies of these forms available at the meets.
NOTE: The nomination form has been changed as of 26/4/12
- 2012 Social Membership Form - For all non-competing members. This form will also need to be completed if a Junior discount is being taken.
- 2012 Junior Membership Form - For all members under the age of 18 years as of our sign on day on the 3rd of March 2012. If taking a Junior discount, this form will need to be completed for the eldest child in the family
- 2012 Additional Junior Membership Form - For all additional juniors joining under a Junior discount. Please list all additional juniors on this one form
- 2012 Junior Discount Terms and Conditions - This advises all the conditions under which the Junior discount can be taken
- 2012 Senior Membership Form - For all members 18 years and over as of our sign on day on the 3rd March 2012
- 2012 Day Membership Form - This form is to be completed by Day Members at each and every event. Riders can only compete at 3 events before being required to pay full membership. Day Members are ineligible to accumulate championship points.
- Waiver Form - This must be signed by all riders when the sign on for membership. Day members must complete this form every time they sign on as a day member.
- 2012 Nomination Form - If you are unable to nominate via the website, this form can be filled out prior to each TEDR Meet to nominate for your events. This form needs to be completed and handed in to the nomination desk before the required nomination time.

Day Memberships:

- No points can be collected as a Day Member.
- No points will be awarded for previous meets if you join throughout the year.
- Riders can only compete at 3 events as a Day Member before full membership must be paid.

In order to increase parental involvement and assist the hard working committee with the running of meets, TEDR will be offering discounts to Junior members where their parent or guardian is able to volunteer some time to the club. Please see the following notes for eligibility:
NOTE:
- To be eligible to receive the Junior discounts, one parent or guardian must volunteer their time at least once through the season to assist with the running of a meet.
- By taking the discount, one parent or guardian will be given a free social membership for the year with full voting rights.
- Our new membership form allows for parents/guardians to nominate their preferred meet and all efforts will be made to draw a roster accordingly. Parents/Guardians will only be nominated for meets where volunteers are needed.
- Rosters will be provided to members prior to each meet.
- If a parent or guardian fails to volunteer at a minimum of one meet, full membership fees will be due no later than the last meet of the season. If full fees are not received, the junior will not be eligible for end of year awards and prizes.

Nomination fees for 2012
PLEASE NOTE: All riders over the age of 5 must pay an additional $10 per person at each meet. This is to cover Rider Insurance.
