New Years has come and gone so it is time to get down to business. We have had a couple of changes to our committee since the AGM which we are very excited about. Please join us in welcoming the following people to our fantastic committee!
TEDR will be lead into the 2012 season with Shannon Killman in the role of President. Shannon started competing with TEDR in the 2011 season with great success, winning Senior Division 2 on her trusty steed, Jitterbug. Shannon is a passionate member of TEDR and we are lucky to have her on board.
We are very pleased to announce that Venessa Jones has returned to TEDR for 2012 in the role of Vice President. Venessa was instrumental in creating TEDR back in 2010 and after a year off, we are honoured to have her back. The knowledge and experience she brings to the club is invaluable and with her assistance, we are sure to have a great 2012 season.
We would like to welcome Annette Glazebrook into the role of Treasurer. Annette and her kids have been involved in the club since 2010 therefore have a great working knowledge of TEDR from a competitors point of view. Combined with her accounting background, we are pleased to have her aboard.
A huge welcome back also to Anne Starling in the role of Secretary and Public Officer. Anne took on these roles at the end of 2011 when the club really needed her and we are pleased that she is continuing with the committee this year. Anne is very conversant with the Association Act so we can ensure the club runs smoothly all year.
We would also like to welcome our general committee members, Rikki Davison, Jodie Lambert, Courtney Blackwell and Sam Woods. All have been involved with TEDR for quite some time and have much to offer our club.
We are very excited about our new committee and hope you will join us in welcoming each and every one of them. These are the people ensuring TEDR is a great place to learn and improve so please support them at every opportunity.
